An Opportunity for Monthly Support and Education for People Impacted By Stroke and Brain Injury
A stroke or brain injury is a life-changing experience, and not only for the survivor. After a stroke or brain injury, sometimes the greatest comfort can be found in talking to others who share similar experiences. We invite survivors of stroke and brain injury, their family members, and caregivers to join us for an uplifting monthly gathering. Support groups help ease isolation, provide education and encouragement, and challenge people to go beyond their limitations.
Gain support and take charge of your recovery.
Our support group is free and open to the community.
For more information, please contact Julie, stroke care coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 619-543-5657.
