Do you find that it is often in your interaction with family members and close relations that your mindfulness practice finds juicy challenges?
Your Mindful Heart is a course offered to graduates of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reductions classes or to persons who have a meditation practice.
This course will introduce participants to mindfulness-based relational skills. Participating in the Your Mindful Heart course, you will have the opportunity to learn how to cultivate your ability to relate with an awakening, compassionate heart.

The course will take place on two consecutive Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and couples are encouraged to attend together if they like. Individuals are also welcome to attend.
Registration Fee: $175.
Register more than 30 days in advance and receive a $25 discount.
Couples may register for $200 total.
