Victor Legner, MD, MS

Dr. Legner was a geriatrics fellow at the University of Washington (one of the top 10 programs nationally), and completed a second fellowship in advanced geriatrics there as well. His clinical interests include outpatient geriatrics and pre-operative evaluations of older adults.

Kwi Bulow, MD

Dr. Bulow has extensive experience in home care and long-term care, and has served as medical director of several home care agencies and skilled nursing facilities. She enjoys the rewards and challenges of working with geriatric patients with a holistic perspective that takes into account not only their medical problems but also their life goals and treatment preferences.

She has been voted “Top Doctor” by her peers and recognized by the San Diego County Medical Society and San Diego Magazine. She has special interests in cancer screening in the elderly, elder abuse, and palliative care. She completed her fellowship in geriatrics at UC San Diego.

Roopali Gupta, MD

Dr. Gupta was a geriatric medicine fellow at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She values the importance of a strong relationship with her patients (and often their family members or caregivers as well) for individualized decision making in the context of high quality, evidence-based medical care. She also holds a passion for medical education, has won regional and national academic teaching awards, and has presented her research nationally.

Jairo Alberto Romero, MD

Dr. Romero is a respected leader in clinical geriatrics in San Diego County and has been active in supporting a number of important community resources, including the Glenner Alzheimer’s Family Centers and the county's Department of Aging and Independent Services.
